A note from Diane…

There has been a lot of talk lately about these three words; diversity, equity and inclusion. For some, they’ve simply taken on a negative connotation. Others view them as burdensome or forced upon them through regulations.

For Inclusible, however, these three words are at the core of what we do. We think of them in simple terms.

Diversity means our communities are made up of all different kinds of people with all different stories, abilities and ideas.

Equity means everyone gets their fair share.

Inclusion means no one is left out.

Especially now, Inclusible will continue to use these words to guide us in making our little corner of the world a better place and hopefully to show others that we are much, much better together than divided. Collectively, we are wiser, stronger, healthier and happier… We have synergy!

Event Highlights

The Upper Hudson Library System invited us to train librarians to hold their own inclusive game-playing events! After the group training we participated in a collaborative event at each library. We now share their events on our UPCOMING EVENTS web page. Our libraries are awesome!
